About the Role As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance natural areas within Ipswich This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. - Strong knowledge of Native Plant and Weed identification - Ability to manage a team - Operate various gardening equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment - Ensure natural areas are maintained to a high standard - Complete service requests as required - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures Benefits: - Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish - Competitive hourly rate - Uniform and PPE supplied - Vehicle and fuel card supplied - Ongoing safety training programs and resources available - Career progression pathways - Possibility of overtime in warmer months What are we looking for?: - Previous experience in Bush Regeneration - Strong knowledge of Plant and Weed identification - Valid Manual Drivers Licence - White Card - ACDC highly regarded - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually - Be punctual and reliable - W...
