Managing Counsel Refining PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Managing Counsel, Refining to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Martinez Refinery in Martinez, CA. A member of the PBF Energy Inc. Legal Department, this senior counsel level position is a part of, and directly supports, the leadership team of Martinez Refining Company LLC which operates a refinery and related assets located in Martinez, California. The preferred candidate will have significant experience in a highly regulated industry handling Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) state, local and federal regulatory compliance, complex litigation, labor and employment matters , supply chain issues and related matters. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide professional legal advice and counsel on HSE compliance issues, including air, water and waste issues, labor and employment matters and procurement issues.
