Employment Type: Salaried Work Arrangement: Remote Position Summary: Execute within defined geography to expand product distribution and velocity at decentralized distribution locations to increase Ventura Foods sales and margin. The ideal candidate would reside in either Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Michigan, and/or Mexico as their region will cover the South Central area. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Own Customer and Territory Planning efforts for decentralized distribution in assigned geography. Create plans that roll up to achieve AOP growth and profit targets. Monthly plan review with Director along with quarterly plan updates. - Develop and implement distributor Joint Business plans aligned with territory plan goals, as a shared strategic plan to maximize volume and margin dollars with distribution partners.
