About the role: As the Culture & Capability Co o rdinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and organisational development programs across Elders. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, communication, and administration of initiatives that span leadership development, onboarding, performance, graduate programs, and diversity & inclusion.
