Description Job Title: LOFT High School Summer Program Coordinator (Summer LTE) Department: LOFT: Reports to: Assistant Director of Youth and Community Development Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, Limited Term Employee (LTE) Ends: August 14th, 2026 FLSA: Non-Exempt: Pay: Starting at $20 an hour Benefits: Ineligible: Summer Schedule: Tentative start date: June 8th, 2026 LOFT Summer Program Coordinator (Summer LTE) Position Description: The LOFT Summer Program Coordinator (Summer LTE) will help Goodman Community Center (GCC) deliver an excellent summer program to our local youth. This position will require the ability to adapt planned programming to meet our vibrant youth's needs. The LOFT Summer Program Coordinator builds and sustains relationships with students, families, area high schools, postsecondary educational organizations and institutions, and other community partners to create opportunities for Goodman youth. These opportunities may include academic tutoring, learning life skills, and college preparation.
