We work together to enhance peoples' lives through our products and presence in the communities in which we operate.​ SUMMARY: The HRBP II supports day-to-day HR operations for the Lake Charles site by administering core HR processes, maintaining employee data and records, and ensuring timely, accurate execution of workforce transactions while providing employee and supervisor support across HR functional areas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May include, but are not limited to, the following: - Demonstrates strong safety culture through personal behavior and commitment to environmental, health & safety. - Provides front-line HR support to employees and supervisors; responds to inquiries and routes escalations to the HRBP Manager and HR COEs, as appropriate. - Coordinates and supports the annual HR cycle of activities for the site, including performance and compensation cycles, wage and benefits reviews, and talent review administration; tracks deadlines, prepares materials, and supports data submissions; assists with and/or leads select initiatives as requested across...
