We are looking for a highly organized Social & Influencer Outreach Assistant to be the engine room of our brand marketing functions. Based in our Brighton HQ, you will report directly to the Brand & Marketing Manager and provide essential support to the rest of the team. In this role, you will ensure the seamless execution of our gifting and affiliate programs while acting as a vital link between the brand and our online community. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Order & Logistics Management: Processing and managing all gifting and campaign orders using our internal e-commerce and influencer management platforms. Returns & Exchanges: Organising and tracking returns and exchanges, including the creation and distribution of shipping labels.
