Description Provides safety and protection of guests, employees, and property by anticipating problems and reacting to disturbances and prohibited conduct, maintains law and order and enforcement of casino policies and procedures. Trains and coaches employees. Promotes “Customer Service Expectations”. Informs guests of special promotions. Answers questions from and provides directions to guests. Staff Supervisor – Ensures that all on-duty Security Officer’s duties and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for the performance and conduct of all on-duty Security Officers. As a “Team Leader” is expected to “set the example” by being pro-active in public relations and maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees.
