POSITION TITLE: Plant Custodian SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Plant Custodian cleans and maintains appearance of the plant and parking lots at both Large and Small Batch manufacturing sites and parking lots. The position reports directly to the Director of EHS. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and follow all plant safety rules and practices. Must be willing to perform janitorial and other manual tasks throughout the plant. Good time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have regular and predictable attendance. Must have the ability to understand verbal and written instructions from plant supervision and efficiently and effectively perform tasks.
