ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a Membership Specialist to join the American Volleyball Coaches Association team. As the Membership Specialist , you will play a critical role in supporting membership recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts that drive the success of the association. In this role, you will use strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail to manage and enhance member engagement processes, resolve complex member issues, oversee data and financial information, and identify operational improvements that support AVCA's mission and long-term growth. This position requires working in the office a minimum of four days per week.
