Starting at $6.24/hr + tips Role Responsibilities: - Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day team member/guest interactions of the Beverage Department. - Areas including all public beverage outlets, all service bars and all casino cocktail service. - Ensures that excellent service is provided to guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner. - Consciously strives to build relationships with our guests in an effort to improve the overall guest experience. - Ensures consistent, high-quality service standards are maintained in the Beverage Department. - Builds relationships with our guests. - Resolves customer complaints regarding beverage service and takes action to resolve complaints. - Performs other duties as requested by the Beverage Manager. - Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
