Working under the guidance of senior analysts, this position helps ensure system stability, assists with workflow optimization, and provides first-line support to business teams. Assists with the configuration, testing, and deployment of Epic and related applications. In this role, the analyst supports system updates, change management activities, and documentation requirements, while performing basic troubleshooting and escalating more complex issues as appropriate. Work closely with business teams to gather information about operational needs and help translate those needs into technical requirements that align with Epic’s model system.
