Job Summary: The Lead Sign Installer is responsible for the safe and efficient installation of interior and exterior electrical signs, including drilling and pouring concrete foundations for support structures. While not managing direct reports, this role guides and trains support staff (e.g., Install Helpers) on proper procedures. The Lead Sign Installer ensures quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and accurate completion of all job-related documentation. This role will report into Pasadena, TX Monday - Friday.
