Clien t Support Services Analyst As a Client Support Services Analyst reporting to a Product Strategy Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through comprehensive order lifecycle management. You’ll thrive in this position if you’re technical, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for customer support to a fast-paced, high-impact environment Key Responsibilities: Manage full order lifecycle with accuracy and SLA compliance. Coordinate with data centers to resolve blockers and maintain progress. Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth execution and inventory alignment. Provide proactive updates and timely responses to client inquiries. Serve as primary contact for all order-related activities and transparency. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Operations Management, or a related field. 2–3 years in customer operations, order management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing service level agreements and vendor relationships .
