Enterprise Provider Director

Job description

The Enterprise Provider Sales Director is responsible for the full range of provider sales and new business development for Vatica Health and Cozeva Health. The role finds new health system opportunities and manages those opportunities for Vatica and Cozeva’s platform and service offerings. Functions include building pipeline, securing contracts with healthcare practices and providers, in the assigned geographic area and working closely with local, and national operations and clinical teams to optimize the company’s market presence. This individual also interfaces with the provider relationship personnel at Vatica and Cozeva’s Health Plan clients. Responsibilities: - Meet or exceed defined territory and product growth goals - Effectively engage health systems in assigned geographic regions. - Engage physicians & administrators in group, face to face and telephone meetings. - Support collaboration with health plan clients to analyze, design, and develop networks through ongoing evaluation of both current and potential network participants. - Recommend appropriate provider engagement tactics to improve performance in the Company’s programs. - Supports, develops, and maintains service...
