Description The Department of Performing Arts at Clemson University seeks an outstanding Lecturer of Audio Technology to begin January 1, 2026 . This is a 9-month faculty position that will hold the academic rank of full-time Lecturer. Responsibilities include teaching courses in live sound reinforcement, Front of House equipment and setup, and live recording techniques. Experience recording live concerts, classical and choir ensembles is essential. May include teaching in a secondary area, such as studio recording or audio practicums dependent upon candidate qualifications and department need. The successful candidate will participate fully in departmental activities including recruiting, advising, auditions, attending recitals, concerts, and recruiting events, and working collaboratively with faculty members from the music and theatre areas in the Performing Arts major.
