Full Time, Days The Ancillary Program Coordinator collaborates with facility/market leadership and staff across departments to facilitate training for ancillary non-nursing personnel as indicated or requested. The Coordinator acts as a key resource in the hiring and placement of externs. The Coordinator collaborates with recruiting, academic partners, and leaders to assure ongoing succession planning, placement in hard to fill positions, completion of orientation, and ongoing communication with ancillary leadership in the Palm Beach Market. The Coordinator implements a comprehensive immersion program to develop Ancillary externs to facilitate ongoing cohorts of externs to fill ancillary positions. The Coordinator manages student rotations and affiliation agreements to ensure students are selected appropriately and each discipline has a full complement of students. Other services may include, but are not limited to process, performance and contributions to the organization through councils, committees and workgroups.
