Client Delivery Manager Department: Business Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Portugal: Description: The Client Delivery Manager is the accountable owner of a defined client portfolio (“pod”), responsible for delivery excellence, workforce performance, commercial outcomes, and ongoing client relationships. Acting as a mini General Manager, you will lead a distributed contingent marketing workforce across EMEA while bringing deep marketing subject-matter expertise to oversee delivery quality, challenge client thinking, and guide high-performing teams. This role requires a senior marketing practitioner who can operate credibly with enterprise stakeholders, provide hands-on guidance across marketing disciplines (e.g. Marketing Ops, Performance, CRM, Content), and translate business objectives into scalable workforce solutions.
