Head of Service

Job description

We are looking for an experienced, customer-centric Head of Service to join our team and help repower industrial heat at scale. This role will have a significant impact in ensuring customer satisfaction in the commissioning and operations of the Rondo Heat Batteries supplied to our industrial clients, as well as identifying opportunities for product improvement and potential new market niches. What You Will Do (key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to): - Asset performance - Ensure assets meet availability reliability, and contractual guarantees. - Drive continuous improvement in uptime and cost efficiency across deployed assets. - Document lessons learned and provide input into product design, commercial structuring and project delivery. - Commissioning & handover - Establish and own commissioning strategy, standards, and acceptance criteria in close coordination with the product design team. - Lead the transition from project delivery into operations, ensuring clean technical and commercial handover. - Ensure operational readiness prior to asset handover, including procedures, tooling, spares, and documentation. - Operations & maintenance - Define and sca...
