The Role: As our Assistant Studio Manager, you're the right-hand to our Studio Manager and the heartbeat of our studios day-to-day operations. You’ll support a high-performing team, help drive sales, and keep the vibe strong—from the music and energy to the client experience. What You’ll Do: - Assist in leading and managing daily studio operations with excellence - Support staff scheduling, payroll, training/onboarding, and team communication - Deliver a five-star client experience—from first-timers to loyal members - Handle front-desk responsibilities including membership sales, check-ins, and studio cleanliness - Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach to grow our local presence - Ensure studio is stocked, prepped, and ready for a seamless class flow - Step in for the Studio Manager as needed to...
