Your role: Join our team as an HR Transformation Solution Architect and play a key role in shaping HR operating models for global clients. You will collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design end-to-end H2R solutions, and support the full bid lifecycle, including responses to RFI/RFP. In this role, you will lead solution design activities, provide expert insights on commercial modeling and FTE sizing. You will work with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop client-ready materials and drive continuous improvement in the solutioning process.
