Requirements: - Provide direct resident care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. - Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders. - Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their condition. - Conduct medication checks. - Accurately document resident information, treatments, and responses to care. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. - Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care. - Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. - Valid New Jersey LPN license. - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care. - Excellent communication, interp...
