About Our Compost Operations: We are proud producers of P.R.E.P. (Pierce County Recycled Earth Products), a high‑quality compost created by responsibly processing organic waste into valuable, reusable products. Our Compost Factory provides extensive capacity to convert organic materials at a competitive cost, while advanced environmental and operational controls ensure the facility remains a responsible and respectful neighbor to the community that generates these materials and relies on the finished product. Schedule & Pay: Sunday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
