Estimator Responsibilities: Estimating & Job Preparation 1. Review service calls, site visits, and technician notes to develop accurate repair and replacement estimates 2. Generate detailed proposals including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs 3. Ensure all quotes are technically accurate and aligned with company standards and pricing structure 4. Communicate scope of work clearly to technicians, and account managers 5. Maintain a standardized pricing list for commonly used parts and materials to reduce quote turnaround time and improve consistency Parts Ordering & Procurement 1.
