What You’ll Be Doing: Lead generation and prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting. Account Management - Customer Retention & Growth: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling and cross-selling solutions.
