Position Title: Security/Guest service FLSA Status:Part time $16 per hour Department: Security: Report to: Operation Manager or Manager on duty Position Summary: Patrol the Convention Center to provide for the general safety of the public and the company’s property and personnel via foot patrol or central office monitoring. Qualifications: Responsibilities: persons. To Apply: - Previous 3-6 months experience as a security guard or similar position required. - Must maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information - Flexibility to work required nights and afternoons, weekends and holidays, as necessary. - Ability to physically perform the duties required of this position. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to listen to and follow instructions. - Ability to work and get along with others. - Must have professional attitude, appearance, and personality. - Must have valid driver license - Clear police record. - Pass background check-credit - Patrol all areas of the center, both interior and exterior, keeping alert for disturbances, safety deficiencies, fire, theft of company/client-owned equipment, personal injuries and infractions of policies...
