Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PM: Agency: Mercy Medical Center Home Health and Hospice Territory: Canton, Norristown(Kensington), North Benton, Alliance, Augusta, Carrollton, Dellroy, Columbiana( E Rochester), Hartville, Homeworth Limaville, Clinton, Beach City: SUMMARY: The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician within specified geographical territory. The SLP educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The SLP is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations. The Company adopts the speech-language pathologist scope of practice as outlined in Chapter 4753 ORC for its licensed SLP personnel.
