Job description

Job purpose Provide Members, guests and team members with a facility which is in clean, working and maintained order. Areas include the interior and exterior of the buildings and amenities, along with the café, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, fitness areas and pools. It may also include similar types of work at the Clubhouse. Duties and responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and functionality of locker rooms, restrooms, service departments, offices, storage areas, and amenities . - Perform maintenance procedures as needed to ensure safe and sanitary conditions. - Complete and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual building maintenance checklists. - Perform facility opening and closing duties as assigned. - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment. - Respond promptly to repair needs and maintenance issues. - Ensure all equipment is properly monitored, maintained, and stored. - Purchase and manage maintenance supplies in alignment with budget guidelines. - Provide members, guests, and staff with courteous, professional, and knowledgeable service. - Support the promotion and execution of club activities and events. - E...
