Job description

Position Summary: The Project Manager - Reinvestment will provide leadership and coordination of all project phases for capital repairs and value-add investment projects to the apartment portfolio, from initial concept to construction completion. This position will collaborate with key relevant stakeholders on scoping, budgeting, underwriting, capital approval, scheduling, and project delivery.
