Description DESCRIPTION: We’re searching for an experienced Dock & Door Technician to join our team based out of our headquarters in Nashville, TN. Bailey is expanding with a new business unit focused on installation and service of Docks & Doors and this position will play a vital in the success of this new area. This is a high-impact position and will be a growth opportunity for the right candidate. The Dock & Door Service Technician is responsible for installation, service, repair, troubleshooting, and inspecting commercial/industrial overhead doors, loading docks, dock leveling systems, and other warehouse equipment. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Represent Bailey as the primary point of contact for all commercial Dock & Door customers within a service area. - Install, service, and repair commercial/industrial doors, door opening systems, loading/warehouse docks, and dock leveling systems. - Perform preventative maintenance on Bailey equipment and systems at customer sites. - Troubleshoot dock and door equipment, mechanisms, mechanical systems, and electrical circuits. - Ensure quality through checking for proper installation, balance, and clearance. - Proactively...
