Job DetailsJob Location: CPB Legal Address - Charlotte, NC 28217Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $73,000.00 SalarySUMMARY The primary purpose of the Delivery Trainer is to be the primary trainer for newly hired delivery drivers and trainees. The Delivery Trainer will ensure all team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to safely and effectively execute their routes. The Delivery Trainer is expected to promote and exemplify a safe, professional, and service-oriented work environment at all times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Represent the company in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service. Assist Delivery Manager and Delivery Supervisors in promotion of safe work practices to include frequent behavior-based safety observations. Confer with Delivery Supervisors to resolve customer problems, opportunities, competitive activity in your market, and potential overage situations.
