This position maintains the integrity and performance of the donor database, provides data insights to inform decision-making, and develops reporting tools that support philanthropy goals. The Data Analyst collaborates with development staff to optimize data processes, enhance donor segmentation strategies, and ensure accurate, timely information for fundraising and stewardship activities.
