Your responsibilities: As a temporary Collector Advisor, you will be responsible for written and telephone correspondence with clients and internal staff regarding outstanding invoices. Your goal? Getting very outgoing invoice paid as smoothly as possible. - Written and telephone correspondence with internal staff, clients. - You will be responsible for your own portfolio of customers. - Maintain an accurate record of all actions taken. - Ensuring that the collection strategy is followed as well as implemented. - Ensure good relationship with all internal departments and external partners. Who are we looking for?: - You have a first experience in Collection. - You are born to communicate and have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French. This both in writing and orally. - You are patient, empathetic and resolute. - solving problems.
