Job Description Summary As the Services Training Coordinator, based in Lichtenfels, Germany and embedded in the Service Coordination team, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing training strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen field service capabilities, and ensure both customers and internal teams gain maximum value from Colibrium Additive’s solutions. You will own the end-to-end training lifecycle – from needs analysis, curriculum and material development, and scheduling through to delivery and continuous improvement – in a machine- and technology-agnostic way across the full portfolio. In an informal leadership role, you will coordinate and influence a network of trainers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer and internal trainings, while driving standardization and ongoing process improvements.
