Job Description As a Senior Data Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that Rituals’ product master data is complete, reliable, and fit for business-critical decisions. You support the development of creative new ideas, concepts, and products by securing high-quality product data in our Rituals Master Database (STEP) and by driving improvements across data processes, governance, and reporting. Beyond maintaining data, you act as a senior data owner, problem-solver, and trusted business partner. You are a self-starter who takes ownership of complex topics, quickly identifies issues and dependencies, and drives solutions with limited guidance. You combine a strong eye for data quality with the ability to translate analysis into practical improvements for the business. You are highly confident in Excel and comfortable working with incomplete or conflicting data, making clear decisions and communicating proactively with stakeholders.
