WHAT YOU WILL DO As the SBA Loan Closer/Franchise Finance Closing Manager, you will administer all REDA contracts and leases to ensure accurate and timely closings of all assignments, land and loan closings along with initiation and completion of the franchise finance process with the FranchiseOwner. You will coordinate and correspond with title companies, attorneys, Franchise Owners and lenders, keeping Franchise Owners updated on project status.
