About the role The Business Analyst role plays a key part in driving organisation‑wide transformation by delivering focused business analysis that supports strategic priorities and improves operational efficiency across all regions and services. As our Business Analyst, your role will be pivotal in the planning, execution, and embedding of complex change initiatives at selectability. You will be working collaboratively with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth integration and strong engagement is achieved. This role will contribute to several major strategic programs aimed at modernising how we work - enhancing workflows and processes, uplifting digital technologies, enabling our workforce through intuitive change, and strengthening communication and information‑sharing through a contemporary intranet.
