Position Description: The role of a Quality Assurance Manager involves working with the Senior QA Manager to act as the First Line of Defense support function for SEI Dublin operations teams. It involves working toward a consistent, risk-mitigating control framework across all operations teams, resulting in improved client service levels and a scalable operating model.
