Job Description Under general supervision, the selected candidate will perform advanced storekeeping and inventory control functions in support of NYCHA warehouse and field operations. Candidate will be responsible for receipt, inspection, storage, distribution, and reconciliation of materials, supplies, and equipment. Exercises increased responsibility over inventory accuracy, operational coordination, and may provide guidance or oversight to lower-level staff. This role supports the full inventory lifecycle while ensuring compliance with NYCHA procedures, safety standards, and system controls (Oracle/Maximo). Responsibility includes but are not limited to the following: - Oversee and perform receiving, inspecting, verifying, and storing of materials and equipment. - Ensure all deliveries are accurate by reconciling packing slips, invoices, and system records. - Maintain perpetual inventory records and supports cycle counts and reconciliation activities. - Utilize Oracle and Maximo systems to track inventory transactions and ensure real-time accuracy. - Coordinate distribution of materials to developments and work orders. - Identify discrepancies, damages, or shortages and reports...
