Job Description Summary: The vision of Enterprise Services is to deliver services that are simpler, better, and faster. The Senior Manager, Business Operations is a key leader within the Enterprise Services (“ES”) Strategy & Operations team, responsible for leading complex initiatives, driving outcomes across high‑priority products, and ensuring operational excellence at scale. This role owns planning and delivery of key projects, influencing prioritization and trade‑off decisions, and guiding cross‑functional teams in close partnership with the Digital Organization. The Senior Manager serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring enterprise priorities are translated into delivered value.
