Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media. - Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in hunting and acquisition within a start-up environment and a track record of exceeding sales goals. - Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. - Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth. - Ability to work and grow in a changing environment. - Ability to think about issues and develop recommendations and action plans, with investigative skills.
