Description Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides assessment, treatment, emergency care, and case management of student health conditions as part of the overall Health and Wellness Program in accordance with the Job Corps Federal Regulations, the (PRH) Policy and Requirements Handbook, and federal and state laws related to professional scope of practice with a general emphasis on helping students overcome barriers to employability. The RN may serve as the acting Health and Wellness Manager (short or long term) in the absence of the Health and Wellness Manager. Duties/Responsibilities: - Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles. - Creates and sustains positive working relationships with co-workers. - Provides professional customer service to staff and students. - Active in Center/Company Leadership program. - Stays current on Job Corps policies and procedures. - Adheres to all PRH and CSD policies and procedures, as well as the Center’s Operating Procedures. - Maintains confidentiality of all student records and maintains HIPPA compliance. - Securely safeguards all records within the scope of the Center’s protocols and procedures. - D...
