Functional Lead - Operating Model

Job description

The Functional Lead- Operating Model is responsible for supporting the delivery of a future-ready workforce operating model that enables the successful rollout of MyTime and MyPay across Downer. A large-scale organisational change to simply our time to pay landscape. This is a 2-year maximum term contract, with strong potential for extension. This role plays a key part in shaping how workforce processes, structures, and service interactions come together to create a seamless and sustainable operating environment. You will lead the Operating Model stream and help implement the future-state model across processes, people, and governance to align with system capabilities and business needs. Working in close partnership with business units, central functions, and the wider Business Engagement and Transformation team, you will enable operational readiness, embed consistent and scalable ways of working, and ensure the organisation is positioned for sustained success beyond program delivery.
