Terms and conditions apply** The Endoscopy Technician has responsibility to provide direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and the plan of care under the direction of the RN or licensed independent practitioner. Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/A Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: AHA BLS Certification Experience REQUIRED: 1 year of acute care experience in a patient care related position Experience PREFERRED: 3 years of work experience as a nursing assistant in an acute care setting Education/training REQUIRED: High School Graduate or equivalent Education/training PREFERRED: Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician Program and appropriate certification based on program completed.
