Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Project management: - Manage a complex program of work comprising multiple events (in person and virtual), activities and channels - Ensure the project is executed on time, on budget and to a high standard of quality (as measured by feedback surveys, for example). - Proactively identify risks to project delivery, develop mitigation strategies - Deliver regular project status updates to key stakeholders Stakeholder engagement: - Liaise with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders (including business leaders, clients, external agencies, for example) to deliver planned events - Ensure all stakeholder communications enhance ERM’s brand and maximise positive engagement with the project - Utilize tact and diplomacy while ensuring timely delivery under pressure Content development: - Prepare a broad range of communication materials, presentations, event scripts, FAQs, leader talking points, and employee updates. - Utilize internal channels and platforms effectively, utilizing data analytics to inform and evolve approach - Coordinate logistics and content for townhalls, virtual meetings, and global communications moments. - Assist in pr...
