The successful candidate will be detail-driven and support in preparing and publishing critical content to support various projects in collaboration with various departments. The Proposal & Marketing Administrator will work in partnership with our estimating, operations, and human resources departments to prepare and develop tender documents, presentations, public relations, and promotional documents. This individual will act as a gatekeeper for all corporate communication materials, with a significant focus on content development and editing content developed by others for quality and consistency.
