This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence approximately 40% of the time, which typically averages to two days per week. Join Corewell Health's Office of Medical Education (OME) and play a behind-the-scenes role that directly supports the success of our future physicians and medical providers. As an Institutional Coordinator, you’ll be a steady, detail-driven force ensuring our programs remain aligned with ACGME accreditation standards, supporting documentation and hospital compliance processes across 39 ACGME-accredited programs (and quickly growing) while partnering closely with OME leadership and the Institutional Compliance Team. This is an ideal role for a proactive, highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates clearly, and takes ownership with minimal micromanagement.
