Position Summary: Responsible for excellent patient care and clerical assistance to the MRI department and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff. This position assists the MRI Technologist and staff through support duties for patient care such as check in and check out, MRI exam set up and take down, data entry, clearance tasks, positioning patients and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · High School Diploma · Educational background in Health Sciences or Human Anatomy, preferred. · Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related computer software. · Experience in radiology or medical terminology preferred, · Previous healthcare experience including MRI safety and working directly with patients, a plus. · Core competencies in communication, customer service, teamwork, detail oriented, and confidentiality. · BLS/CPR certification. · Must pass Safety Screening to work in MRI environment.
