Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for assessing the nutritional status and providing individualized nutrition care plans and education from the analysis of the electronic medical record and patient interview for each patient utilizing specialized knowledge and skills.
