The Role: Lead and empower instructors of the BeyondTrust University team to enhance and improve the quality, experience, and delivery of training. The Instructor Manager will be responsible for managing a team of expert instructors, helping them grow professionally within BeyondTrust and the BeyondTrust University team. The manager will work with key stakeholders to make sure their team is always up to date on upcoming changes to products and processes, allowing them to get ahead and deliver the changes to the customers and partners. The manager will also be responsible for leading projects and initiatives to grow and enhance the BeyondTrust Education programs.
